Outside Liquor
We do not allow outside liquor in our venue. If you wish to have alcohol served at your event, you must use our licensed bartender. To use your own licensed bartender and liquor, a $500 cork fee will apply. If liquor is observed on cameras, in trash, or anywhere in the venue when the bar services hasn't been added, a $500 fee will be charged.

Refunds/Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. The security deposit is only returned after the full completion of the project and there are no incidents, damages, the venue is left in the condition rented, and no violation of our contracted rules. Cancelling your event will forfeit the deposit and any monies paid. This is non-negotiable under any circumstances. We will allow 1 reschedule if it's requested at least 21 days before your project date and will be subject to our availability.
